At EasyFit™, we aim to get your order to you quickly, safely, and with full transparency. All orders are shipped from within Australia and are packed with care to ensure your smoke alarms arrive in perfect condition.

Order Processing Times

  • Orders placed before 12 pm AEST are typically dispatched the same business day.
  • Orders placed after 12 pm, on weekends, or public holidays will be dispatched on the next business day.

You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been processed and another when it has been shipped.

Shipping Options

EasyFit partners with trusted national carriers such as Australia Post and Sendle to provide reliable delivery nationwide.

We offer:

Standard Shipping (Australia-Wide)

  • Estimated delivery: 2–5 business days depending on location.
  • Regional or remote areas may take slightly longer.

Express Shipping (Optional Upgrade)

  • Estimated delivery: 1–2 business days within major metro areas.

Shipping costs (including any free shipping thresholds or promotions) will be shown at checkout.

Tracking Your Order

All orders include tracking.

Once your parcel has been dispatched, you’ll receive a tracking link where you
can follow your delivery in real time.

If your tracking hasn’t updated within 48
hours, feel free to contact our team.

Delivery Instructions & Authority to
Leave

At checkout, you can include delivery instructions such as:

  • “Leave at the door”
  • “Leave behind letterbox”
  • “Signature required”

If you choose Authority to Leave, the courier may leave your package in a safe place at their discretion.

EasyFit is not responsible for parcels lost or stolen after successful delivery scans.

Shipping Addresses

Please ensure your shipping address is correct at the time of order.

EasyFit cannot guarantee changes after dispatch.

Returned parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses may incur a re-delivery fee.

Missed Deliveries

If a signature is required and you are not
home, your parcel may be taken to a local collection point or post office.

Please follow the instructions provided in your tracking updates.

Delivery Delays

We always work to meet the estimated delivery timeframes, but delays can sometimes occur due to:

  • Peak delivery periods
  • Weather disruptions
  • Courier network issues
  • Remote area processing

If your order appears delayed, contact our support team and we’ll assist promptly.

International Shipping

At this time, EasyFit only ships within Australia.

If you require delivery outside Australia for commercial or bulk inquiries, please contact us.

Lost, Damaged, or Missing Parcels

If your order arrives damaged, or tracking shows “delivered” but you cannot locate the parcel, please contact us at:
